Date selection does not guarantee your appointment. Your payment info is required to request an appointment but will not charged until the appointment is approved.

(Please check with your bank to ensure that the payment does not flag the charge as fraudulent!)

State Laws & Requirements

In Georgia, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo.This is due to Georgia Code § 16-5-71, which prohibits tattooing anyone under 18.

Clients are required to disclose if they have been pregnant within the last three months or are currently pregnant.

Cancellation Policy:

If you have made an appointment that needs to be rescheduled to a later date, a THREE DAY MINIMUM notice is required. When done properly, your deposit will be held for the rescheduled appointment. Failure to give any notice in a timely manner will forfeit your deposit and be considered non-refundable.

No Call / No Show Policy:

If you as the client do not contact through email or Instagram messages prior to missing the scheduled appointment, this will result in loss of deposit and an additional $50 charge.

With no show clients, there is a three strike system. Meaning that not showing up for your appointment after three times will result in a permanent ban and moving forward, all future appointments will be denied.

Rescheduling Rules:

When scheduling conflicts arise, rescheduling an appointment is completely understandable! Life gets in the way at times and everyone needs a little grace! We are more than happy to accommodate if there are valid reasons for rescheduling if you as the client personally reach out to explain your situation.

If you as the client reschedule more than THREE TIMES in a row, said appointment will be canceled and you will no longer be allowed to schedule future appointments.

Failure to give valid and reasonable explanation for rescheduling more than three times will result in loss of deposit.

Capacity Policy:

Getting tattoos can be intimidating and bringing a friend along for moral support is always encouraged! Being in a small studio, I do have to make sure that everyone fits comfortably. In order to do that, I do have a limit on how many people can be in the studio so everyone has a place to sit!

Only FOUR people including yourself are allowed to attend your tattoo appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates must be redeemed within **2-3 months** from the date of purchase. Any unused balance or certificate after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed. To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointment as early as possible. Please contact us in advance to schedule your tattoo session. Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. If the value of your tattoo is less than the amount of the gift certificate, any remaining balance may be applied to future tattoo services, as long as it falls within the valid time frame.
